Well can you believe that this is our final week of Boot camp! I want to express how proud I am of all of you. You have all made great strides toward becoming more fit and healthy. Now that we are in our fourth week I am sure you have noticed an increase in your personal fitness level. I have had an opportunity to observe each of you and have some suggestions and recommendations that you may find helpful. Please contact me via e-mail, phone or text so we can discuss further. Group exercise is great in many ways but because everybody’s body is different it is important to know what exercises work best for your body and fitness goals.
